Accreditations

Dynamice can only be sold to:

• landholders who hold: a current ChemCert accreditation, current SMARTtrain Chemical Application Course accreditation, current Spray Solutions Chemical accreditation, current TAFE SA Pesticide Safety and Application accreditation, or is a nominated agent for an accredited person;

• a person who does not hold one of the accreditations above, provided the poisons are not physically provided to the purchaser but are delivered to a licensed contractor; or

• a business or partnership where a person nominated as responsible for chemicals within the business holds one of the above accreditations.
